Pay Equity

The Pay Equity mandate is to discourage wage discrimination or any policy or practice that may lead to wage discrimination on the ground of sex by investigating pay equity complaints. Pay equity is governed by the Canadian Human Rights Act and the Equal Wages Guidelines.
