Equal Employment Opportunities

As an organization or business that is regulated by the federal government, you are legally required to follow the rules set out by the Employment Equity Act.

The Employment Equity Act is a federal law that requires you to provide equal employment opportunities within your organization to four designated groups: women; Aboriginal peoples; persons with disabilities; and members of visible minorities.
