Strategic Outcome(s) and Program Activity Architecture (PAA)
This figure demonstrates how the Commission's Program Activity Architecture flows into the Government of Canada Outcome Area and Spending Area.
The Government of Canada's Outcome Area is Social Affairs, under its desired outcome of "A diverse society that promotes linguistic duality and social inclusion.
The Commission's Program Activity Architecture is split into two sections- Strategic Outcome and Activities. The Commission's strategic outcome is: "Equality, respect for human rights and protection from discrimination by fostering understanding of, and compliance with, the Canadian Human Rights Act and the Employment Equity Act by federally regulated employers and service providers, as well as the public they serve."
Four arrows point to the Strategic Outcome. Each reads the name of one of the Commission's activities: Human Rights Knowledge Development and Dissemination, Discrimination Prevention, Human Rights Dispute Resolution, and Internal Services.
