The Commission’s Human Rights Maturity Model is designed to help employers create a self-sustaining human rights culture in the workplace. A positive work environment can be beneficial in many ways: enhanced motivation, increased productivity, improved recruitment and retention, etc. Building on five key elements, the Maturity Model leads employers through a step-by-step process to integrate human rights into all aspects of an organization.
