In 2003, the Commission undertook a total of 197 outreach or awareness-raising activities across the country. Workshops, focussing on responsibilities and the Duty to Accommodate, were given to employers, employees and unions.

The Regional Offices in Vancouver, Edmonton, Winnipeg, Toronto, Montreal and Halifax implement a great variety of outreach activities, including working with local employee groups, employers, students and the general public. For more information on the Discrimination Program please contact the Commission.
