These self-assessment tools are for information only. They are meant to help organizations comply with the Accessible Canada Act and the Accessible Canada Regulations.
These tools do not influence how the Accessibility Commissioner handles accessibility matters, including inspections and decisions. These tools are not a substitute for legal advice.
Use of the tools is voluntary. The results of any self-assessments made with them remain with the organization; there is no requirement to share self-assessment information with the Accessibility Commissioner.

- Regulated entities that carry on broadcasting undertakings
- Regulated entities that are Canadian carriers and telecommunications service providers
- Regulated entities in the transportation network (passenger service)
- Other federal public sector and federally regulated private sector
