Sheila MacPherson is partner and the most senior civil litigator at Lawson Lundell LLP in Yellowknife. She also serves as Law Clerk of the Legislative Assembly of the Northwest Territories and is responsible for all child protection litigation on behalf of the Government of Nunavut. The events in Paris and other recent tragedies are unspeakable. Our hearts go out to the victims and their families.
