Join us as the Canadian Human Rights Commission offers a series of free webinars. They will be available live, on the scheduled dates and recorded for on demand viewing.
In May, we will present the Duty to Accommodate, a four-part series.
We will look at what the duty to accommodate means. Important concepts such as bone fide justification, bone fide occupational requirements, and undue hardship will be examined. We will also provide an overview of policies and practices required in accommodation and the roles and responsibilities of those involved.
