Employment Equity Forward Plan for Fiscal Years 2021/22 – 2023/24

This page sets out the Canadian Human Rights Commission's three-year forward plan for employment equity (FY 2021–22 to FY 2023–24). The plan will guide the Commission's work with federally regulated employers to ensure compliance with the requirements of the Employment Equity Act.

Anti-racism work

We are dedicated individuals who care deeply about uncovering and eliminating discrimination and racism in all its forms.
