VRS: For Canadians who are deaf, hard of hearing or speech-impaired, access can be achieved via their own interpreter or via Canada VRS, which provides an interpreter.

File a discrimination complaint
If you believe you have experienced discrimination, we recommend you first consult "How to file a complaint" to determine the steps in filing a discrimination complaint. At any time, you can also choose to contact us by mail or by telephone.
